Cancellation, Amendment and No-Show Policy

TARA’S LODGE HOTEL

The full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. The booking can be modified or cancelled up to 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival free of charge.

For group bookings of 4 or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of making a reservation, and the remaining balance is charged 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. Bookings can be modified or canceled up to 61 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation or modification is made within this allowed period, the initial 20% deposit will not be refunded.

MIMI'S BEACH HOUSE

The full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. The booking can be modified or cancelled up to 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival free of charge.

No change or cancellation possible

The non-refundable rate is charged and deemed acquired by us upon booking. The booking cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions.

Please note that a separate cancellation policy applies to Event Bookings. This can be found in your Event Agreement.
